Upgrading from Flight 1 to FlightPro or
FlightLite
Existing jobs will not be available once you upgrade, but will
remain stored in memory, and therefore reduce your units
performance unless deleted prior to upgrading.
Note: The upgrade process is reversible. A unit can be switched
back to Flight 1 using the same process as upgrading to the new
software.
- Export to USB any jobs where you want to keep the polygon
outlines for later use
- Go to "Unit Setup" (typically page 12)
- Select "Delete All". This will remove all job and block data,
and free up the internal memory
- Now upgrade your unit following the instructions above
