Flight Lite Winner Announced

5 November 2011

TracMap is delighted to report that David George, of M & D Aerial, Spearman, Texas was the winner of TracMap's global competition held to promote the launch of its new GPS upgraded guidance system for aerial spraying.

David and his wife Megan bought their first aircraft four years ago, and last year upgraded to a Thrush, but the GPS they fitted to it caused them constant problems.

David is delighted to win the TracMap Lite. "After by problems last year, this is great news" said David. "I set very high standards for the work I do for my customers, and my work volume is growing rapidly. Being reasonably new to owning my own business, and having purchased a new aircraft last season, I was reluctant to spend any more money on a GPS, but I really needed a better system than the one I had".

David was so impressed with the TracMap system, he decided to pay the price difference and upgrade to the Flight Pro. "The Pro's features, with its background map and ability for me to create blocks in Google Earth are great features" said David. "When I get busy during the season, I just need something that is quick and easy to identify fields, and go and treat them".

TracMap's president Colin Brown is delighted for David. "We had a lot of entries, particularly from North America and Australia, and I am delighted it has gone to such a needy winner".
