Managing staff is becoming increasingly difficult due to high
staff turnover, skill level differences, language barriers and
often the distance of owners from their farms.
The TracMap system removes the confusion involved in allocating
tasks to staff and reviewing job performance. Jobs are able
to be designed on the TracMap web based application, including
written details and visual display of the location of the tasks.
This Job is then uploaded to the TracMap unit, removing confusion
and ensuring tasks are performed correctly. Reporting of job
performance is easily provided.
